Welcome to Afterflow! By using our website, software, and services (“Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Afterflow (“we,” “us,” “our”), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
2. Eligibility & Account
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
Account Responsibility: You’re responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Description of Services
Meeting & Task Management: Afterflow uses AI to capture meeting tasks, provide reminders, and deliver analytical insights. Specific features depend on your chosen plan (Free, Plus, Pro).
Usage Limits: Free Tier usage is limited to 20 meetings/month. Additional usage, advanced AI features, or strategic insights may require a paid plan upgrade.
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to enhance or modify features without prior notice. We’ll attempt to inform you of significant changes.
4. Payment & Billing
Subscription Plans: Certain advanced features are provided via paid subscription (Plus, Pro). Subscription fees, billing cycles, and upgrade/downgrade rules appear on our Pricing page.
Auto-Renewal: Paid subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can manage or cancel within your Afterflow account.
Refund & Cancellation: Refer to our Refund Policy for details regarding cancellations and refunds.
5. User Conduct
Responsible Use: You agree not to use the Services to transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, or infringes third-party rights. You also agree not to interfere with others’ use or to disrupt the integrity of the Services.
Data Privacy: You must ensure that any content or user data you provide complies with all applicable laws and regulations, especially regarding personal data of meeting participants.
6. Proprietary Rights & License
Our Ownership: We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, code, and AI models. Except for the limited license granted to you, no rights are transferred or assigned.
User Content: You retain ownership of data you input into Afterflow, including meeting transcripts or tasks, subject to our Privacy Policy. By uploading or sharing content, you grant us a license to process and display it solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
“As Is” Basis: The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Services will meet your requirements or that they’ll be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
No AI Guarantee: While we leverage AI to provide insights, we disclaim liability for the accuracy or completeness of any automatically generated content or recommendations.
8. Limitation of Liability
Indirect Damages Excluded: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Afterflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption).
Aggregate Liability: Our total liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Afterflow and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
Right to Terminate: We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. In such cases, we are not liable to refund any fees beyond our Refund Policy.
User Termination: You may cancel or delete your account at any time via your account settings. Upon cancellation, your data may be deleted or become inaccessible.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. We’ll attempt to notify you of significant changes. Continued use after such changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
